Future
of Learning

What are we preparing our children for — and are we brave enough to look for the answers?

On 25 June 2026, fifty educators, principals, founders, technologists, parents and teenagers came together at Soho House, London, to talk about how we prepare young people for a future none of us can predict. This page is what that room said.

Be in the next room

The conversation continues — New York on 10 November, London returning in the autumn. Leave your name and once a month you'll receive a letter on what these rooms are learning, wherever in the world you are. And when a room opens near you, you'll be invited first.

What we explored

The afternoon was built around three conversations, each building on the last.

Conversation One

What do we mean by learning?

Conversation Two

How do we prepare young people for a future we cannot predict?

Conversation Three

How do we create environments that support that?

What people said

A small selection — more to come as the room keeps talking

I did not even know that things like that exist in the world. I wish there were more events like this.

— a 15-year-old guest

I don't know that anyone else in the world could have curated it the same way Didi did… Some of the people I've met today I'm going to have in my life for a very long time.

— Tracey Ivanyshyn, Founder, Kindness at Work

I think Didi just started the beginning of a new movement.

— Dana Klopot, Founder, EarlyMind

It was fantastic — the people, the discussions, the organisation and thought that went into every detail. Your questions and 'in conversation' technique were superb.

— Katie, parent

I walked away feeling confident that people are thinking about these problems and are passionate about the future of learning.

— TJ Jawahar, Founder, Peekit AI

The event was incredibly useful, and such a great initiative. Please keep going — this is a much-needed conversation.
