Future of Learning brings educators, entrepreneurs, researchers, technologists, school leaders, parents, investors and young people around the same tables to explore the future of learning together.
At the heart of the work is one increasingly urgent question:
How do we prepare young people for a future none of us can predict, and what qualities, experiences and environments will help them thrive?
Each conversation begins with a small group of invited Voices of the Conversation, who bring different perspectives to the question. From there, the inquiry opens into facilitated discussions around the tables and a collective harvest from the room.
The first London edition filled in three weeks. On 10 November 2026, Future of Learning comes to New York for a carefully curated afternoon of approximately sixty people.

The first room
The first Future of Learning brought together fifty people, aged 15 to 70.
Among them were school principals, a senior leader from Google AI, the chief operating officer of a learning platform used by twenty million people, founders building new schools and AI learning tools, a child psychotherapist, educators, investors and parents, with a teenager at every table.
The value came from the combination: people from different generations and different parts of the learning ecosystem thinking together across the boundaries of their usual fields.
“I am better prepared to ask questions as my organisation, a boarding school in the US, goes through our strategic planning process.”
“I did not even know that things like that exist in the world. I wish there were more events like this.”
Why partnership matters
Future of Learning is deliberately small, personal and invitation-led. Every seat is considered, and each room is carefully composed to bring together people, generations and perspectives that would not ordinarily meet.
Bringing each edition to life requires considerable time, care and resources: researching and curating the room, developing the conversations, preparing the Voices and facilitators, producing and hosting the gathering, and carrying the learning forward afterwards.
Partnership allows this work to be resourced sustainably. It supports the time, energy and real costs required to give each gathering the depth and care it deserves.
This partnership is a commitment to sustaining an independent space in which important conversations can continue to happen.
From the room into practice
The New York edition will produce the first Future of Learning Insight Report, created to carry the intelligence of the room beyond the gathering itself.
The report will bring together:
- The most important insights emerging from the conversations and table discussions
- The questions on which the room found common ground, and the tensions that remained unresolved
- The perspectives of young people, captured in their own words
- Practical ideas and approaches that schools and organisations can explore
- A short conversation guide that schools can use with their own students, educators and communities
The report will be shared freely with participants and distributed to school leaders, educators, founders, funders and policy voices across the Future of Learning network. Schools will be invited to use the conversation guide in their own communities and share what their rooms discover.
The intention is for the thinking generated in New York to travel further, prompt new conversations and contribute to practical change.
One partner for New York
For the New York edition, Future of Learning is inviting one organisation to become its sole Aligned Partner.
The partnership supports the work involved in bringing the New York room to life while helping Future of Learning continue beyond a single gathering.
The relationship is designed around thoughtful participation, reflection and relevance to the partner’s own work.
The partnership includes:
- Recognition as the sole Aligned Partner for Future of Learning New York 2026
- Two curated places in the room for relevant members of the organisation
- Early access to the Future of Learning New York Insight Report
- A private briefing for the organisation’s leadership team
- A facilitated session exploring how the themes emerging from the room relate to the organisation’s own work
Recognition will be thoughtful and proportionate. The partner’s name will appear on the New York event page, selected event materials and the report.
The level of contribution and full partnership details are discussed directly.
An organisation providing the venue in kind may be acknowledged separately as the Venue Host. This acknowledgement is distinct from the sole Aligned Partnership.
What remains independent
Future of Learning retains full responsibility for:
- The curation of the room
- The questions and structure of the conversations
- The interpretation and publication of what emerges
- The privacy of participants and their contact information
Partner representatives are welcomed into the room as participants because their perspectives are relevant to the conversation.
Any role as a Voice of the Conversation is determined through the same careful process of curation that shapes the rest of the room.
This independence is essential to the trust and quality of the work.
Who this is for
The partnership may suit an organisation thinking seriously about learning, human development, technology, artificial intelligence, the future of work or the world young people are entering.
This might be a foundation, family office, investment firm, technology company, learning organisation or mission-led business that sees the value of bringing generations and disciplines together, while respecting the independence that makes the conversation meaningful.
The right partner will understand that the future of learning cannot be shaped from within one sector alone.
